By participating in PB Academy activities, you acknowledge that participation involves physical activity and inherent risks. You are responsible for determining whether you are physically able to participate safely. If you have concerns regarding your ability to participate in physical activity, you should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.

9. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. PB Academy may remove or refuse participation to any individual whose behavior:

  • Creates a safety risk
  • Is abusive, threatening, or discriminatory
  • Disrupts an activity or event
  • Violates facility rules
  • Harasses another participant, instructor, employee, or representative
  • Otherwise interferes with the reasonable enjoyment or operation of a program

Removal from a program or event due to inappropriate conduct may result in the loss of applicable fees, subject to applicable law.

10. Health and Safety

You are responsible for:

  • Participating within your personal physical abilities.
  • Using appropriate equipment.
  • Following reasonable safety instructions.
  • Informing the appropriate instructor or representative of relevant limitations when necessary for safe participation.

PB Academy reserves the right to refuse participation when there is a reasonable safety concern.
